You have to eat organic to eat Paleo – and that’s pricey!
While you should always choose the best quality foods you can afford, filling your plate with tons of veggies, some protein and a piece of fruit which aren’t organic is WAY better for your body than not eating them at all! Besides, eating organic doesn’t apply to everything anyway!

Whoa, there! I’ve been living a Paleo lifestyle for 6 years, effortlessly. Yes, I said effortlessly. All it took was a determination to not feel awful anymore, a willingness to embrace more veggies and healthy fats than I ever thought was good for me and an openness to getting crafty in the kitchen – and trust me, I’d never been crafty. It was easy, I promise. (Oh, and in time, you WILL rock that beach bod)
Cutting out all that dairy & grains & legumes on a Paleo diet can’t be good for my health?
It is. These food groups are largely known to cause inflammation in your body, and what’s more, are quite difficult for your body to extract the nutrients they contain. There are much more bioavailable foods for you to enjoy and benefit from on the Paleo diet! You won’t miss a thing, really!
